David has more than 30 years of experience in a career that includes an emphasis on economic development and education initiatives that require strategic planning and marketing implementation. He has completed projects in more than 35 countries.
David has led projects for Sandia National Laboratories, Lockhead Martin, Burson-Marsteller, Walmart, Taiwan Securities, Xenal Corporation, Razorback Foundation and Crystal Bridges Museum of Modern Art. David is a recognized expert in marketing/public opinion research and has appeared on Capitol Hill to provide insight on political public opinion research. He has provided contract political polling and Election Day data collection services to ABC, NBC, and CBS television affiliates during election cycles.
David created and implemented the Evidence-Based Marketing model, utilized by the firm to provide enhanced accountability on behalf of clients. David has been a speaker, an expert witness and a contributing author to a widely used college textbook on corporate communications.
David is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration and political science, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Randy has over 40 years of broad executive experience, including serving as a senior executive for Corporate Communications, Marketing and Public Affairs for Alltel Corporation, one of America’s largest wireless companies until its sale to Verizon.
Randy served as chairman of both the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce and the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. He also served eight years on the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission, including two terms as chairman. He is a past chairman of the Arkansas Game and Fish Foundation, served on the boards of the Arkansas Arts Center, Arkansas Repertory Theater and the Arkansas Nature Conservancy. Randy has been registered as a Boy Scout for over fifty years and served as president of the Quapaw Council.
Randy received a Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College, and serves as vice chairman of the Hendrix Board of Trustees. He attended the University of Wales in Aberystwyth, Wales, and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Kerry is a senior executive with more than 17 years of experience in corporate management. He is an expert in merger and acquisition integration, financial planning, contract negotiation and program and project management. Kerry previously served as an executive team member with Alltel Communications, helping to transform the regional phone company into a nationally recognized carrier. He was heavily involved with the acquisition of Alltel by Verizon Wireless, a $28 billion transaction. Kerry assisted with the sale of 26 Alltel markets to the Department of Justice that Verizon prohibited from acquiring. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Central Arkansas.
Dr. Beene has been a leader in the improvement of public education and higher education in Arkansas since the 1970s. Under Governors Huckabee and Beebe, she served as director of the Arkansas Department of Higher Education, coordinating approval of transfer and workforce training programs for community colleges and universities as well as initiating as the Career Pathways program statewide at two-year colleges. Linda was the first Arkansas woman appointed dean of a college or school at the University of Arkansas in addition to appointments at four other higher education institutions in the state, including two community colleges and two universities. She also consulted in organizational development and workforce training for Fortune 500 companies, including Georgia-Pacific Corporation for 14 years. In cooperation with presidents and chancellors, Dr. Beene created the award-winning AATYC Leadership Institute six years ago, through which more than 250 leaders at community and technical colleges have developed management skills and deeper knowledge of Arkansas state systems.
Linda holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of Arkansas, a Master of Arts from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Arkansas.
As Vice President of Account Services, Jill uses her expertise in account services and public relations to communicate directly with our clients on a daily basis, creating marketing programs and managing accounts to exceed goals and expectations. Jill’s advertising career spans 15 years of work and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Kansas.
Nathan serves as Chief Operating Officer where he manages the finances, human resources and daily operations. He holds a master’s degree in environmental management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College.
As Vice President of Creative Services, Paula develops creative guidelines and directs all creative work implemented by MW Partners. Paula has over 15 years of experience in art design direction in the publishing business. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design and photography from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Gable’s experience with typography, motion graphics, graphic design, touchscreen capabilities, mobile applications and emerging technologies ideally qualifies him to facilitate a broad range of graphic design and collateral production projects. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interactive design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
Mary-Lee has worked in public relations, politics and media relations for the past decade. As the Public Relations Account Executive, Mary-Lee networks relationships with clients and the media to maximize opportunities to reach clients’ goals. She implements grass root strategies to facilitate continual fresh and unique methods to reach target audiences. Mary-Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism with an emphasis in advertising and public relations from the University of Arkansas.
Michael has expertise in front-end web development, graphic design, UX design and database administration. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in information science, technology and business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Sara has a background in marketing, public relations and social media. She implements content strategies, creates and maintains editorial calendars, develops brand awareness and cultivates leads and sales through social media strategies. Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Central Arkansas. She is fluent in Spanish, German and Intermediate French.
Jill has over 25 years experience in broadcast production and account management. She has won numerous local and regional ADDY Awards for her work. Jill oversees agency television, radio and video production projects from conception to completion. Additionally, Jill manages clients including day-to-day planning, communication and execution of marketing and advertising strategies. Jill holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in communications from Harding University.
Mallory assists the account executives in directing and coordinating assigned projects. Mallory holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Central Arkansas.
Chester’s high-level industry experience spans 40 years. In his career, he has represented some of the most well-known and respected brands in the country. As a senior advisor and copywriter for the agency, Chester uses his extensive experience in advertising to provide creative leadership and marketing cousel to the agency and clients.
Amy has over 15 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, illustration, photo-correction, editorial and commercial publishing. As an Art Director, Amy provides graphic design development and develops creative concepts for varied projects. Amy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Arkansas.
Carol has over 15 years of experience in advertising, media and broadcasting. Carol has been associated with Martin-Wilbourn Partners for two years. She provides support as lead media negotiator for added value promotions, media buys and bonus media management and tracking. Carol received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and English from Vanderbilt University.
